- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.): records that you visited the Site so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and show our ads to people who have visited us. Meta may combine this with information it already has about you under its own privacy policy.
Technical information
Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) automatically processes basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the Site securely. This is not used to identify you.

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business:
- Cal.com — call scheduling.

These providers may store and process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law. We may also disclose information if required by law.
4. Cookies and your choices
Analytics and advertising cookies are off until you accept them. You can change your choice at any time: . You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, and manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google account settings.

We keep booking and contact information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any business relationship, and generally no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer (for example, client invoices for tax purposes). Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings, for no more than 14 months.
6. How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards — encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to the founders, and reputable service providers — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect it and will notify you and the authorities if a breach creates a real risk of significant harm.
