Where are your clients based? +
Across Canada and the USA. We're based in Alberta — Calgary & Edmonton — and we've spent 6+ years working with businesses on both sides of the border. Local context matters, but a good customer-acquisition system travels.
What's the minimum ad budget you'll work with? +
The minimum ad spend we work with is $3,000 USD/month. Below that, the algorithms don't have enough data to optimize and results become unpredictable. There's no point running ads at a budget that can't generate a real signal.
Do you work on monthly retainers? +
Yes. We work on a minimum 3-month contract, then month-to-month after that. One month isn't enough to build real results — systems and trust take time. We don't chase short engagements and we don't work with clients who aren't ready to commit to the process.
Do you build the creative, or do we have to supply it? +
We handle creative direction and produce ad creative in-house. If you have brand assets, we use them. If you don't, we build what's needed.
How fast can you get campaigns running? +
10 to 15 days. The first phase is building the strategy and structure — audiences, offers, messaging, tracking. We launch with a clear direction, not just running ads without knowing who we're talking to or what we're actually measuring.
What's reporting actually look like? +
A clear monthly report with the metrics that actually matter: how much we spent, how much was generated, cost per lead, cost per sale, and what we're improving next. We focus on finding the bottlenecks so we can scale with clarity — not just send you a PDF full of vanity numbers.
