These Terms of Use apply to valerieescstudio.com (the "Site"), operated by VS Creative Studio Corp. ("VS Studio", "we", "us"), Calgary, Alberta, Canada. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site describes our marketing and advertising services and lets you book a call with us. It is for general information only. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a contract or professional advice for your specific situation. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement signed with each client.

2. Results and examples

Case studies, figures and testimonials on the Site describe results achieved for specific past clients, under their own budgets, markets and conditions. They are not a promise or guarantee of similar results. Results vary from business to business.

3. Strategy calls

Booking a free strategy call does not create a client relationship or any obligation for you or for us. Ideas discussed on the call are general and should be evaluated by you before acting on them.

4. Intellectual property

The text, design, graphics, photos and the VS Studio name and logo on the Site belong to VS Creative Studio Corp. or are used with permission. Client names and logos are shown with their permission and remain the property of their owners. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the Site in a way that is unlawful, that could damage or interfere with it, or to collect information about others without their consent.

6. Third-party services

The Site links to services run by others, such as Cal.com for booking. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but don't guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted.
